Select Battery 1, Battery 2, Both batteries simultaneously, or cut all power at the source with the Off position. It’s the standard solution for boats with separate starting and house battery banks — letting you isolate, combine, or switch between banks without tools or additional hardware.

Rated at 310A continuous and 500A intermittent across 6–36V DC systems, this switch handles the full electrical load of most marine applications without breaking a sweat. The 3/8" copper studs provide low-resistance, high-current connections, and the switch is both ignition protected and Marine UL Listed — meeting the compliance requirements for installation in fuel vapor–prone areas on certified vessels.

Key Features

4 positions: Off – Battery 1 – Both – Battery 2

310A continuous / 500A intermittent current rating

Compatible with 6–36V DC systems

3/8" copper studs for high-current, low-resistance connections

Ignition protected — safe for installation near fuel systems

Marine UL Listed

Plastic case, knob, and insulator construction

6" flange diameter; 2-5/8" overall height

Surface mount or panel mount (requires 3-5/16" diameter hole)

Compatible Applications

Dual-battery systems with separate starting and house banks

Powerboats, sailboats, and pontoons with two battery banks

RVs and motorhomes with dual battery setups

Commercial and work vessels requiring battery bank selection

12V and 24V DC marine electrical systems up to 36V

Installations requiring ignition-protected battery switching

Parts Desk Insights

Best use case: The M750BP is the right switch for any dual-battery installation where you want manual control over which bank powers the boat — run on Battery 1 while underway, switch to Battery 2 for house loads at anchor, or combine both for engine cranking when a bank is low. The 310A continuous rating handles full electrical system loads including high-draw accessories, and the Marine UL listing satisfies insurance and ABYC compliance requirements for battery switch installations on certified vessels. The Both position is particularly useful for emergency starting when one bank is depleted.

Related products: For a simple On/Off master disconnect without battery selection, see the Cole Hersee 880062BP SR Series Master Battery Disconnect Switch.
