Installation Notes
Match terminal wire gauge range to your conductor size before crimping. Strip insulation to the correct length so the bare conductor fills the barrel without extending beyond it. Use a ratcheting crimper for consistent, gas-tight crimps — avoid plier-style crimpers. Support the wire within 6" of the terminal to reduce flex fatigue. Inspect terminals annually for corrosion or loosening and replace as needed.
