Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

At Marisol Marine, we work to ship every order as quickly and clearly as possible. Shipping times depend on the availability status of the product at the time of purchase.

In Stock Items

Top priority is given to in-stock products, helping customers get critical factory parts on the way as quickly as possible.

Products Warehoused Locally

Some products are not stocked directly at our main location but are warehoused locally through our supply network. These items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days.

Special Order Products

Products marked special order may require extended shipping times. These items are ordered through our supplier network and availability can vary.

After purchase, we will contact you by email with the expected shipping timeline. You can also email us before placing your order to confirm availability and estimated delivery timing.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

At Marisol Marine, we know how important it is to receive your order quickly. That’s why we make every effort to ship your package as fast as possible.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines shown are estimates provided by the carrier. While some orders may arrive earlier than expected, delays beyond our control may occasionally result in later delivery.

Canadian Sales Taxes (GST/HST & PST)

Applicable GST or HST will be charged based on the province to which the goods are delivered.

PST (or RST in Manitoba) will be charged for orders shipped to British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. If your province imposes PST/RST and is not listed above, you may be legally required to self-assess and remit the applicable tax. We recommend confirming your provincial tax obligations before placing an out-of-province order.

USA Shipping Policy

Marisol Marine Company ships to United States

Duties, Tariffs, and Taxes (Non-Canadian Addresses)

All duties, tariffs, and taxes applicable to international shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser. Certain items may be subject to local sales taxes, customs duties, or special levies imposed by the destination country.

We will provide the shipping carrier with all required customs documentation. The carrier may contact you directly regarding customs brokerage arrangements and payment of duties or taxes.

To help avoid unexpected charges, please contact us at if you would like an estimate of potential duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees prior to placing your order.

In some cases, Marisol Marine Company may prepay applicable duties or tariffs. When this applies, those charges will be clearly displayed at checkout. If only brokerage fees are shown, the item may be duty-free or the duty could not be calculated at the time of purchase. Should any additional duties be payable, we will contact you before shipping your order.
