The PCM / Crusader 47047 Fuel Filter Element is a 10-micron replacement fuel filter designed for specific Pleasurecraft Marine and Crusader electronic fuel injection systems. It helps protect marine fuel pumps, injectors, and fuel delivery components by filtering fine contamination before fuel reaches the engine.
This filter is used on select TBI and MPI returnless fuel systems and is supplied with the replacement internal sealing O-rings required for proper installation.
This is not the Fuel Control Cell filter used inside the PCM FCC canister. For mid-1996 and newer PCM Fuel Control Cell applications, verify whether the correct filter is RP080026 instead.

Fitment Notice
Confirm whether the engine uses the standard returnless fuel filter setup or the PCM Fuel Control Cell system before ordering. The 47047 filter is not the same as RP080026, which is used in different PCM FCC canister applications.
Always verify fitment by engine serial number, fuel system type, existing filter number, and service manual before installation.
When This Part Needs Replacement
Replace the fuel filter during scheduled fuel-system service, after contaminated fuel exposure, after long-term storage, or when the engine shows symptoms of fuel restriction such as hard starting, hesitation, surging, rough idle, loss of power, or stalling under load.
Replacement is also recommended when servicing fuel pumps, injectors, fuel pressure issues, or any fuel system that has been exposed to old, dirty, or water-contaminated gasoline.
Installation Notes
Relieve fuel system pressure before service and follow the PCM or Crusader fuel-system procedure. Work in a well-ventilated area away from sparks, flames, and hot surfaces. Replace the supplied sealing O-rings during installation and confirm all sealing surfaces are clean before reassembly.
After installation, prime the fuel system as required, check carefully for leaks, and run the engine while inspecting the filter area and fuel connections.
