The CMT-EZ1H is a zinc engine anode (E1H style) with 3/8" UNC thread, designed to protect internal engine cooling systems from galvanic corrosion. Installed directly into the engine block or heat exchanger, it acts as a sacrificial element—corroding first to protect critical internal components.
This version is typically supplied as a pencil anode only (no brass plug), making it a direct replacement for worn anodes in existing housings.
