The Seachoice Double-Braid Nylon Anchor Line delivers the strength and shock absorption needed for larger boats anchoring in moderate to exposed conditions. At 1/2 in. x 150 ft., it's sized for boats in the 30–40 ft. range, with enough scope to anchor safely in deeper water or when a 7:1 scope ratio is required.
The double-braid construction — a braided core inside a braided cover — is stronger per diameter than 3-strand twisted nylon, feeds cleanly through windlass gypsies and bow rollers, and coils neatly in the anchor locker without kinking. The 100% nylon construction is waterproof, rot-resistant, and holds up well against UV and mild acid exposure. A heavy-duty galvanized eye and thimble is pre-installed at the anchor end — just add a shackle and you're ready to drop the hook.
The blue color makes this line easy to identify on deck and works well in color-coded line systems where different lines serve different purposes.
