Titan 3-Strand Anchor Rode – 5/8" x 300' Nylon Line, 5/16" x 15' Chain, Shackle
A heavy-duty, long-scope anchor rode built for larger vessels and deeper anchoring situations. The 5/8" 3-strand nylon provides substantial breaking strength and the elastic stretch needed to absorb shock loads in open water, while 300’ of scope gives you the range to anchor safely in deeper anchorages or to set a generous 7:1 scope ratio in moderate depths. Hand-spliced to Grade 43 high-test galvanized chain, with PVC depth markers pre-installed and a hot-dip galvanized anchor shackle included.

This is the largest rode in the Titan lineup and is sized for serious offshore use — the 5/8" diameter and 300’ length are appropriate for vessels in the 40–50+ foot range anchoring in deeper water or exposed anchorages where extra scope is needed for safety. One important note: the 15’ chain lead is relatively short for a rode of this size and weight class. In most offshore anchoring situations, a longer chain lead (50’ or more) provides better catenary effect and bottom protection.
