Sierra BS11000 Battery Disconnect Switch – On/Off, 48V DC
A heavy-duty marine battery disconnect switch rated for systems up to 48V DC with 4/0 AWG cable capacity. The BS11000 is built to a higher standard than basic battery switches — IP66 rated for dust-tight and powerful water jet protection, CE certified, and compliant with the ISO8846/SAE J1171 ignition protection standard required for use in gasoline-engine compartments.
The glass fiber reinforced nylon enclosure is tough and corrosion-resistant, and the ergonomic knob is removable for an added level of safety and isolation when the boat is unattended or in storage. Removable windows on all four sides of the enclosure allow unobstructed wiring access from any direction, and the switch can be surface or panel mounted to suit the installation.
