Application: OEM replacement lock washer for Crusader marine engines and drive systems. This lock washer provides spring tension that resists fastener loosening caused by engine vibration and thermal cycling. Use with 3/8" bolts and screws where vibration resistance is required. Consult your assembly procedures to verify proper application.
Installation Note: Install lock washers with the split ring facing upward against the fastener head or nut. Replace lock washers during reassembly as they lose effectiveness after initial compression. Never reuse lock washers on critical fasteners.
