The Seachoice 1/2 in. x 150 ft. Double-Braid Nylon Anchor Line is the longest and most capable option in the Seachoice double-braid anchor line range. At 1/2 in. diameter and 150 ft., it gives you the scope to anchor properly in deeper water, tidal areas, or exposed anchorages — while the double-braid construction keeps the line smooth, manageable, and kink-free in the locker and through your windlass or bow roller.
Double-braid nylon — a braided core inside a braided cover — delivers a higher strength-to-diameter ratio than 3-strand twisted rope and a round, consistent profile that feeds cleanly through windlass gypsies without twisting or hockling. It still stretches enough under load to absorb wave and wind shock, protecting your cleats and anchor hardware. The gold and white color makes it easy to identify at a glance, and the braided cover resists UV, salt, and abrasion.
A pre-installed galvanized steel thimble at the anchor end lets you shackle directly to your chain or anchor without additional rigging.
