The double-braid construction — a braided core inside a braided cover — delivers a higher strength-to-diameter ratio than 3-strand twisted rope, a round and consistent profile that runs cleanly through windlass gypsies and bow rollers, and a line that coils neatly in the anchor locker without kinking or hockling. The 100% nylon construction is waterproof, rot-resistant, and holds up well against UV, salt, and acid exposure. A heavy-duty galvanized eye and thimble at the anchor end lets you shackle directly to your chain or anchor.
