Hustler® 15.25" x 15" 3-Blade Aluminum Propeller – Right Hand Rotation
The Hustler® line delivers stainless steel propeller geometry in an aluminum prop — a meaningful engineering distinction that separates it from standard die-cast aluminum options. The 15.25" x 15" pitch is a popular all-around size for high-horsepower outboards and sterndrives in the 90–300+ HP range, tuned for top-end speed and strong bow lift on runabouts, bass boats, and performance hulls.
The blade geometry is drawn directly from Turning Point's stainless steel Express series, then produced via squeeze casting — a process that creates a denser, stiffer blade with less flex under load. Less flex means more of the engine's power reaches the water efficiently. Tuned exhaust vents in the prop barrel reduce water density around the blades during acceleration, improving hole shot and throttle response. The finish is Ultracoat™ powder coat — a five-step process that resists corrosion and abrasion better than standard painted aluminum props.
