Overview
The Solas Rubex RBX-203X Interchangeable Hub Kit (SKU: RBX203X) is a heavy-duty rubber hub system designed for use with Rubex propellers on Mercury E-Series outboard drives. The RBX-203X is the premium variant in the 203 series, featuring bronze splines for increased strength and durability in high-load or high-performance applications — making it the preferred choice when the standard aluminum-spline RBX-203B isn’t enough.
Like all Rubex hub kits, the RBX-203X seats precisely to the propeller hub cavity to eliminate chatter and vibration, absorbs shock from submerged object strikes via 10° deflection, and is fully reusable if the propeller blade is ever damaged. All necessary hardware is included.
The RBX-203X is interchangeable with Mercury Flo-Torque and Michigan Vortex propeller hub systems.
