The Solas Rubex is a 3-blade aluminum propeller built on an interchangeable hub system, designed for small outboard engines. Manufactured using an exclusive squeeze-cast process for stronger blades and better performance than standard die-cast aluminum props, it delivers outstanding acceleration and top-end speed for its class.

The Rubex in 9.25 x 8 pitch is suited to small outboards where a low-pitch, small-diameter prop is required — typically lightweight tenders, inflatables, small aluminum fishing boats, and jon boats running low-horsepower engines. The 8-pitch is on the lower end of the pitch range, making it a strong choice for applications where getting on plane quickly or running with a load matters more than top-end speed.
