The Solas Rubex series brings interchangeable hub technology to aluminum propellers, giving boaters the flexibility to match their prop to their engine without replacing the entire unit. This compact 3-blade, 9.25" x 9" right-hand rotation propeller is built using an exclusive squeeze-cast process that produces stronger, denser blades — delivering better bite, improved efficiency, and longer service life compared to standard cast aluminum props.
At 9" pitch, this is the highest-pitch option in the compact 9.25" Rubex lineup, offering the best top-end speed potential of the series while still maintaining solid acceleration. It’s the right choice when a customer has already stepped through the 7" pitch and 8" pitch variants and is still looking for more speed at wide-open throttle. If a customer is still over-revving at WOT with this pitch, they may be outside the range of the 9111 series entirely — check whether a larger-diameter Rubex series is appropriate for their engine.
