Turning Point Hustler® 10.5" × 11" 3-Blade Aluminum Propeller – Mid-Range Engine Series
Stainless steel geometry in a mid-range aluminum prop. The Hustler® 10.5" × 11" is engineered for 9.9–35 HP outboards with 3" gearcases, bringing the same squeeze-cast construction and stainless-derived blade geometry that defines the full Hustler® line. Increased blade surface area, cupping, and refined geometry deliver better all-around performance than standard die-cast aluminum props in this size class — more top end, better bow lift, and blades that stay stiffer under load.

Best Use Case
The ideal performance upgrade for 9.9–35 HP tiller and remote-steer outboards on aluminum fishing boats, small runabouts, jon boats, and inflatables. The 10.5" × 11" pitch suits most mid-range applications where the factory prop is a standard die-cast design — expect improved hole shot, better top-end, and a prop that holds up better to minor strikes. If your engine is over-revving with this pitch, step down to the 10.375" × 11"; if under-revving, step up to the 10.125" × 13" or 10.375" × 13".

This prop requires a 20 Series hub kit — the correct kit number depends on your specific engine make and model. Confirm using the application chart before ordering. The MasterGuard Hub Kit 25 – 20 Series is the common kit for 9.9–35 HP outboards with 3" gearcases. Note: this prop uses the 20 Series kits — not the 200 Series (2.5" gearcase) or 500 Series (4.75" gearcase).
