The Hustler is a high-performance aluminum propeller engineered to deliver near-stainless-steel results at an aluminum price. Built on the same race-proven blade geometry as the Express stainless steel line and manufactured using a proprietary squeeze-casting process, it’s designed for outboard engines from 25 to 75hp with 3.5-inch gearcases.

The 3-blade Hustler in 12.5 x 13 pitch is a mid-range pitch option for 25–75hp outboards with 3.5" gearcases, delivering a solid balance between hole shot and top-end speed. The larger 12.5" diameter provides more blade area than the standard 10–11" diameter props in this gearcase family, which can improve efficiency and thrust on heavier or wider-beam hulls — including larger aluminum fishing boats, heavier jon boats, and pontoons where the extra blade sweep helps load the engine more effectively. It’s a strong all-around choice for moderate loads and mixed-use boating.
