The Express® Mach3 13.25x19 is a high-performance 3-blade stainless steel propeller engineered for 40–150hp outboards and sterndrives with 4.25" gearcases. Built with proprietary TP17™ stainless steel and race-proven blade geometry, it delivers exceptional top-end speed, improved fuel efficiency, and long-term durability that aluminum props simply can’t match.
Compatible with Evinrude®, Honda®, Johnson®, Mariner®, Mercury®, MerCruiser®, Nissan®, OMC®, Parsun®, Suzuki®, Tohatsu®, and Yamaha® outboards and sterndrives. Requires a 500-series hub installation kit (sold separately).

Best Use Case: The Express® Mach3 13.25x19 is the right recommendation for a boater with a 40–150hp outboard on a 4.25" gearcase who wants maximum top-end speed and is already running near the top of their WOT RPM range. The 19" pitch is on the higher end for this gearcase — ideal for lighter, faster hulls like center consoles, bass boats, and performance runabouts. If the customer is running a heavier load, a pontoon, or a deep-V that struggles to reach WOT RPM, step them down to the 13.25x17 or 13.75x15.
3-Blade vs. 4-Blade: The Mach3 (3-blade) prioritizes top-end speed and fuel efficiency. If the customer wants better hole shot, smoother ride in rough water, or is running a heavier boat, recommend the Express® Mach4 13x19 instead.
Pitch Selection Tip: As a general rule, every 2" of pitch change shifts WOT RPM by approximately 200–400 RPM. If the engine is over-revving at WOT, move up in pitch; if it can’t reach WOT RPM range, move down.
Hub Kit Required: This propeller uses the 500-series hub system only. Always confirm the customer’s engine make, model, and year before recommending a hub kit. See the MasterGuard® Hub Kit 503 as the starting point, but verify against the application chart.
