The MasterGuard 500 Series hub kit is the foundation of the interchangeable hub propeller system for mid-to-large outboards and sterndrives. A one-time purchase that stays on your engine while you swap propeller housings as needed, it’s compatible with Express Mach3, Mach3 OS, Mach4, and Hustler propeller housings, as well as competitive housings from Solas Rubex, Michigan Wheel XHS, and Mercury FloTorq. Kit 502 is a specific engine application variant within the 500 Series — confirm your engine make, model, and year against the application chart to verify this is the correct kit for your setup.

It’s the required hub for Express Mach3, Mach3 OS, Mach4, and large-gearcase Hustler propeller housings under 200hp, and for aluminum prop housings on engines 200hp and above.
