The Rod Boss 1000R45RANGER pairs the full-featured 1000-series dual-axis ratcheting rod holder with a 45° Ranger-specific mounting bracket for a direct, clean installation on Ranger boat tracks. The 45° bracket angle positions the rod holder at a forward-angled orientation relative to the gunwale — a common preference for side-planer and leadcore trolling setups where line separation and rod angle matter.
The holder itself adjusts to 11 angular positions single-handed and without tools, so you can dial in the exact rod angle on the fly without stopping to fumble with hardware. Built from anodized aluminum throughout, it handles the demands of trolling with diving planers, side planers, leadcore, and copper line.
