The Scanstrut ScanPod HelmPod is a purpose-built cockpit mounting solution for 9" chartplotters, radar displays, and navigation instruments. Designed for pedestal-mounted helms, it delivers a rigid, watertight installation without drilling into your stainless rail — keeping your electronics secure and your boat looking clean.

- Universal Helm Fixing — Fits pedestal rails from 25 mm to 33.7 mm (0.98″–1.33″) diameter, covering the vast majority of production sailboats and powerboats.
- No-Drill Installation — Custom U-bolts clamp around the rail and thread into injection-moulded ABS inserts in the pod back, eliminating the need to drill or modify your stainless tubing.
- Watertight Cable Entry — Integrated saddle system supports the rail and creates a sealed cable entry point, protecting wiring from spray and rain.
- High-Strength Silicone Seal — The pod seal is rated for high UV and heat exposure, maintaining its integrity season after season in harsh marine environments.
- Tool-Friendly Serviceability — Fixings run front-to-back, so the display can be removed and reinstalled quickly without disturbing the mount.
- Deep Pod Capacity — Accommodates rail widths from 178 mm (7″) upwards, giving you flexibility for wider pedestal configurations.
