The Sherwood 17000K Impeller Kit is a complete raw water pump service kit designed for Sherwood 17000 series pumps used in marine engine cooling systems. This kit includes a precision-molded neoprene impeller along with sealing components and hardware to restore proper water flow and ensure reliable engine cooling.
Built from marine-grade neoprene with a brass hub and keyed drive, this impeller provides excellent flexibility, durability, and resistance to heat and saltwater environments. Replacing a worn impeller helps maintain consistent cooling performance and prevents overheating or engine damage.
This is a very common mid-size diesel impeller, widely used across Caterpillar, Cummins, and John Deere marine engines.
