The Hella Apelo A3 is a high-output underwater LED light delivering 6,000 lumens from a permanently submerged, fully sealed bronze housing. Designed for larger boats and ships, it produces vivid blue and white illumination through an edge-lit Grilamid® lens — creating the striking underwater glow effect that attracts fish and transforms the look of any vessel at anchor or on the dock.
Rated IP68 and IP69, the Apelo A3 is completely sealed against continuous submersion and high-pressure wash-down. The marine-grade bronze housing and UV-resistant lens are built to last in saltwater environments without corroding or yellowing. Compatible with fibreglass, timber, steel, and composite hulls. Includes 8.2 feet of tinned marine-grade cable pre-wired for a clean, corrosion-resistant installation. Backed by a 5-year warranty.
A built-in Fish Mode activates a strobe function for each colour by simply toggling power to the light — no additional controller required.
