Service Interval
Replace the filter element at the oil-change interval specified in your engine owner’s manual. At minimum, replace once per boating season or as required by your engine’s service schedule.
Installation Notes
Remove the filter housing cover per the engine’s service procedure and extract the used element. Clean the housing interior before fitting the new element. Inspect the housing O-ring seal and replace it if worn or damaged — a compromised seal can allow oil bypass.
