Use & Storage Notes
Store in a dry, easily accessible location at ambient temperature, ideally in a purpose-designed flare container or watertight safety container. Read the manufacturer’s instructions before use. To fire, Comet instructs users to unscrew the red end cap, hold the rocket securely at arm’s length vertically above the head, turn the head away, and pull the toggle. Never aim a flare toward people, property, rigging, or overhead obstructions.
