Battery type is selectable per bank, with charge curves specifically formulated for each chemistry — including the ability to wake lithium batteries from standby mode.

- Match amps per bank to your battery bank size: This is a 3-bank, 15A total charger — approximately 5A per bank. For large trolling motor battery banks (100Ah+), a higher-amperage charger will significantly reduce charge time. Call the parts desk if you need a higher-output model.
- Lithium battery compatibility: This charger supports LiFePO4 lithium chemistry with a dedicated charge curve. Do not use a standard AGM or flooded charge profile on lithium batteries — incorrect charge curves can damage lithium cells or trigger BMS shutdowns. Always select the lithium profile for lithium banks.
- Battery type selection per bank: Each bank is independently configurable. If you’re running a mixed battery setup (e.g., lithium trolling motor bank + AGM starting battery), confirm each bank is set to the correct chemistry before charging.
- Waterproof for bilge installation: The waterproof construction allows installation in the bilge or engine compartment. Confirm adequate ventilation for flooded lead acid banks — flooded batteries off-gas hydrogen during charging and require ventilation even with a precision charger.
