Minn Kota Raptor 8' Shallow Water Anchor with Active Anchoring – Black
The Minn Kota Raptor 8' is a hydraulic shallow water anchor that goes beyond simply deploying a spike and holding pressure. Active Anchoring technology continuously monitors the anchoring force and automatically adjusts when wind, current, or bottom conditions change — keeping the boat pinned in place without any input from you. The four-bar articulating arm deploys the spike vertically and retracts it cleanly, even from mud, sand, and rock.
At 8 feet of anchoring depth, the Raptor is built for flats fishing, river edges, bays, and shoreline work where fast, repeatable positioning matters. Saltwater-tough construction and a lifetime-guaranteed composite spike make it a long-term installation.
