This complete aluminum anode kit is designed specifically for Mercruiser Bravo III stern drives from 2004 and newer (including mid-2003 production), used in saltwater and brackish water environments. It provides full corrosion protection across all anode positions on the updated Bravo III drive, replacing every sacrificial anode in one convenient kit.
All components are cadmium-free and conform to Mil-Spec A-24779(SH). Aluminum anodes are the correct choice for saltwater and brackish water use, where they outperform zinc in electrochemical activity and provide more effective galvanic protection for the drive.

This kit is specifically for the updated Bravo III drive introduced in 2004 — it is not interchangeable with the earlier Bravo III (1989–2003) kit. The key difference is the prop nut anode, which replaced the anode collar used on earlier Bravo III drives. Using the wrong kit will leave one anode position unprotected, so confirming your drive year before ordering is important.
