West System Six10 is a pre-thickened, two-part structural epoxy adhesive in a self-metering coaxial cartridge β designed for fast, clean application without the need to measure or mix separately. It fits any standard caulking gun and dispenses the correct resin-to-hardener ratio automatically through a static mixer, delivering a smooth, workable bead ready to use straight from the tube.
Six10 bonds to wood, metals, fibreglass, and concrete, making it a versatile structural adhesive for marine repair and boatbuilding. Its shear-thinning properties mean it becomes easier to work as you tool it, and it can be formed into a non-sagging fillet or used to wet out light to moderate reinforcing fabrics such as fibreglass cloth. With 42 minutes of working time in the static mixer, itβs practical for longer or more complex assemblies.

Parts Desk Insights
Best Use Case: Six10 is the right recommendation when a customer needs a structural epoxy bond but wants the convenience of a cartridge format β no pumps, no measuring, no mixing cups. Itβs particularly well-suited for hardware bonding, through-hull fitting installation, fillet work, and fibreglass laminate repairs where a pre-thickened adhesive saves time and reduces mess. Ideal for boatyard professionals and serious DIYers who want West System strength without the setup overhead of a traditional two-part system. For high-movement or flexible joint applications, consider recommending the G/Flex 655 instead.
