The Springfield Explorer Fixed-Height Locking Pedestal is a clean, dependable pedestal system built for straightforward marine seating installations. The 2-3/8" post locks securely into the 9" satin-finish base and can be removed when the seat isn’t needed — keeping the deck clear without tools. This configuration includes a 14" post, providing a taller seat height than the 9" post version and suiting a wider range of standard seating positions on fishing boats, pontoons, and utility vessels. Additional post lengths are available separately. Backed by a 5-year warranty.
