The package includes a 2-3/8" air-powered pedestal, a 9" round anodized aluminum base, and a Trac-Lock™ locking swivel. Height adjusts smoothly from 12-1/2" to 15-1/2" with air-powered assistance, and the Trac-Lock™ swivel locks the seat in any rotational position with a single motion.
