The Johnson Pump Viking Power 32 is a single-chamber, self-priming diaphragm pump built for higher-demand marine wastewater and bilge applications. It shares the same proven platform as the Viking Power 16 — non-choke valve design, dry-run capability, quiet operation, and in-place diaphragm replacement — but delivers double the flow capacity and a deeper self-prime lift of 13.1 feet.
The 360° rotating motor configuration simplifies installation in tight spaces, and the premium reinforced nitrile rubber diaphragm can be replaced without removing the pump from the system. All Viking Power models can also be operated by hand in an emergency.

The Viking Power 32 is the right choice when the Viking Power 16 doesn’t provide enough flow for the installation — typically on larger vessels, high-use shower systems, or bilge applications where water accumulates quickly. The deeper self-prime lift (13.1 ft vs. 9.8 ft) also makes it better suited to installations where the pump sits well above the water source. Note the hose connection size: the VP32 uses a 1-1/2" fitting, which is larger than the VP16’s 1" or 3/4" connections — confirm your existing plumbing diameter before ordering. The in-place diaphragm replacement remains a key serviceability advantage on both models.
