Sierra MP41030 Marine Ignition Starter Switch – 3-Position Conventional, Compact 5/8", with Boot
The Sierra MP41030 is a compact marine ignition starter switch built for conventional ignition systems, and one of the few switches in this family that includes a boot in the box. The boot provides a finished, weather-resistant seal around the switch body — an important detail for exposed helm panels subject to spray. The 3-position action — Off, Ignition, and Start — delivers clean, positive control over engine startup and shutdown.
A corrosion-resistant polyester housing with an inner cylinder seal keeps moisture out and prevents shorts in demanding marine environments. The compact 5/8" cylinder diameter and 7/8" mounting hole fit panels designed for the smaller cylinder format. Note: no push-to-choke function is included.
