Hydraulic Steering for Outboards Up to 150 HP
The BayStar HH43144 is a front-mount hydraulic helm designed for single-outboard boats rated up to 150 HP. It delivers smooth, precise steering with significantly less effort than mechanical cable systems — a direct upgrade for any boat where tiller fatigue or cable slop has become an issue.
This helm uses a 1.4 cu.in. displacement and features a 1/4" ORB port for straightforward hose connection. It mounts to the front face of the dash, making it compatible with most standard helm station cutouts.

Installation: Front-mount design fits standard dash cutouts. The 1/4" ORB port is the connection standard for BayStar-compatible hose kits. Bleed the system after installation for best performance.
