The Uflex Rotech T71FC is a single-cable rotary steering helm built around a planetary gear mechanism that delivers smooth, consistent steering feel with reduced rudder torque feedback at the wheel. It's designed for boats with power-assisted steering or applications where rudder torque is minimal — giving you confident, responsive control without the arm fatigue of a high-feedback system.
The T71FC uses a standard 3/4 in. tapered shaft and is compatible with the Uflex M66 steering cable and X34 or X35 mounting bezel (sold separately). The helm mounts in a standard dash cutout and works with most conventional steering wheels up to 16 in. in diameter.
