The Uflex X35 is a 20° angled dash mounting bezel for Uflex rotary and rack and pinion steering helms — the angled alternative to the X34 90° bezel. The 20° angle suits installations where the dash panel is angled or raked rather than vertical, allowing the helm to be mounted flush and correctly oriented without the helm face tilting awkwardly relative to the driver. It is a direct drop-in replacement for competing system bezels in the same category and fits the same range of Uflex helms as the X34.

Best Use Case: The X35 is the correct bezel when your dash panel is angled or raked — common on sportboats, bowriders, and certain center consoles where the helm station is designed with a forward-leaning dash. On these installations, a 90° bezel like the X34 would mount the helm face at an angle relative to the driver, making the wheel position awkward. The 20° X35 compensates for the dash rake and presents the helm face at a more natural angle. If you’re replacing a bezel, match the angle of the original unit exactly — the X34 (90°) and X35 (20°) are not interchangeable and will result in incorrect helm orientation if mixed. Verify your helm model is on the compatibility list before ordering — not all Uflex helms use the X35 bezel.
