Fitment Notice: This prop is designed exclusively for the QUEST Series lower unit. Confirm your motor model and lower unit prop specification before ordering — QUEST Series motors use a different prop than previous Minn Kota platform generations.
Installation
- Remove the old prop by unscrewing the prop nut and sliding off the washer and prop.
- Remove the prop pin from the prop shaft.
- Install the new prop pin into the prop shaft.
- Slide the new prop onto the shaft, aligning with the pin.
- Install the washer and thread on the prop nut.
- Tighten the prop nut per Minn Kota's service specification — do not over-tighten.
- Confirm the prop spins freely before returning the motor to the water.
