Designed for larger outboards with shaft lengths from 32 to 42 inches, it supports the full cantilevered weight of the motor and stabilizes both the engine and steering mechanism during transport — reducing long-term stress on the transom, tilt tube, and hydraulic trim system.
Adjustable toggles with replaceable rubber pads cushion contact with the motor’s lower unit, protecting the finish and absorbing minor road vibration. The heavy-duty build is suited to mid- to large-size outboards where a standard-duty transom saver may not provide adequate support.

The 32–42 in. range covers most long-shaft and extra-long-shaft outboards in the 90–200 hp class — the motors most commonly found on larger aluminum fishing boats, bay boats, and mid-size fiberglass runabouts. If your shaft length falls at the upper end of this range (40–42 in.) and you want a bit more adjustment buffer, the 32–44 in. heavy-duty model overlaps and gives you extra reach. For a shorter shaft in the 24–36 in. range, the SP4000ADJRB is the better fit. The replaceable rubber pads are a long-term value — when they wear, replace just the SP410 pads or the full SP416 toggle assembly rather than the entire unit. Always confirm your motor shaft length before ordering.
