Attwood Swivl-Eze SP4000ADJRB Heavy-Duty Adjustable Transom Saver – Roller/Bolt Mount, 24–36 in.
Give your outboard motor and transom the protection they need on every trailer trip with the Swivl-Eze SP4000ADJRB heavy-duty adjustable transom saver. Built for mid-size outboards with shaft lengths from 24 to 36 inches, it supports the full cantilevered weight of the motor and stabilizes both the engine and steering mechanism during transport — preventing long-term stress on the transom, tilt tube, and hydraulic trim system.
The heavy-duty construction steps up from the standard SP400RB with a more robust build suited to heavier motors and more demanding trailering conditions. Adjustable toggles with replaceable rubber pads cushion the lower unit, and the dual roller/bolt mounting bracket fits a wide range of trailer configurations right out of the box.

Parts Desk Insights
The SP4000ADJRB sits between the standard SP400RB (23–35 in.) and the larger heavy-duty 32–44 in. model in the Swivl-Eze lineup. Choose this one when you need heavy-duty construction but your motor shaft falls in the 24–36 in. range — common for mid-size outboards in the 60–150 hp class. The adjustable toggle design with replaceable rubber pads is a long-term value: when the pads wear, you can replace just the SP410 pads or the full SP416 toggle assembly rather than the entire unit. If you also need a Shock-Eze spring-loaded option in a similar shaft range, see the Shock-Eze 27–36 in. model. Always confirm your motor shaft length before ordering.
