A corrosion-resistant disc brake component kit from UFP, built around Zinc+ conversion coating — a finish that provides over five times the corrosion protection of standard zinc plating. Applied to both the hub and ventilated rotor, Zinc+ is among the most durable corrosion-resistant coatings available for trailer brake hardware, making this kit well-suited for trailers that operate in salt water, coastal, or persistently wet conditions.
The aluminum caliper body, piston, and bracket eliminate the rust and seizing that affect steel calipers over time. All fasteners and moving hardware — banjo bolt, bleeder screw, slider pins, and brake pad guides — are stainless steel throughout. Bearings, seals, a stainless steel protector with rubber cover, and wheel hardware are included for a thorough brake service.
