UFP by Dexter K7181000 – Zinc+ Ventilated Rotor & Aluminum Caliper Kit
The UFP K7181000 is a complete rotor and caliper kit for UFP by Dexter hydraulic disc brake trailer systems. The rotor uses UFP’s Zinc+ corrosion-resistant conversion coating — a multi-stage zinc-based finish that provides significantly greater corrosion protection than standard zinc plating alone. The aluminum caliper body reduces unsprung weight while the stainless steel hardware package addresses the most corrosion-prone fastener points in the assembly. This kit is the value-oriented alternative to the stainless rotor version, suited to trailers where strong corrosion resistance is needed but a full stainless rotor is not required.
