Marine-Grade Vinyl Blower Hose for Bilge Ventilation β 3" x 50' Roll
The Seachoice 402 Series Vinyl Blower Hose is a wire-supported, flame-resistant ventilation hose designed for venting bilge gases and engine compartment fumes. The 50' roll is ideal for boatbuilders, riggers, and boatyards cutting custom lengths, or for owners replacing a full bilge ventilation run on larger vessels.
Constructed from flexible PVC over a wire helix, this hose maintains its shape and airflow under compression while remaining easy to route through tight bilge spaces. It resists ozone, UV, and weathering β and critically, it will not support a flame, meeting the requirements for marine blower hose applications where fire safety is a concern.

Best Use Case: The 50' roll is the right choice for boatbuilders, riggers, and service yards cutting multiple runs, or for owners replacing a complete bilge ventilation system on a larger powerboat or cruiser. For a single blower replacement on a typical runabout or bowrider, the 10' pre-cut length is usually sufficient and more economical.
Sizing Note: 3" is the standard blower hose diameter for most inboard and I/O engine compartments. Confirm the customerβs existing hose diameter before selling β some smaller engines use 3" while others may use 4". The blower housing inlet size is the easiest reference point.
Flame Resistance: ABYC and USCG standards require that blower hose used in engine compartments be flame-resistant. This hose meets that requirement. Remind customers not to substitute standard bilge hose or non-rated ducting in blower applications.
