When This Part Needs Replacement
Replace when the engine has hard starting, loss of prime, weak or no manual priming action, fuel starvation, poor fuel delivery, visible leakage, or confirmed low supply pressure to the injection pump.
Installation Notes
Inspect the fuel hoses, clamps, fittings, sealing washers, and primary/secondary filters during replacement. After installation, bleed the fuel system according to the Yanmar service procedure and check carefully for leaks before returning the engine to service.
