A naturally aspirated mechanical indirect-injection engine, with a documented 0.854-litre displacement. Match the actual installation equipment.

3YM30 / 3YM30AE

Earlier 3YM30 is 1.115 litres; 3YM30AE is 1.266 litres. AE is a distinct model designation, and published rated-speed specifications differ.

Cooling & propulsion

These engines use liquid cooling and mechanical fuel systems. Identify the installed marine gear or saildrive; earlier SD20 and later SD25 packages require separate matching.

3YM30AE is not merely an alternative spelling of 3YM30. Older 3GM30 and common-rail 3JH/4JH families require their own parts selection.

Send the complete engine-plate details and clear old-part photos. Match the installed fuel and cooling equipment, and include the separate drive or marine-gear plate when asking about those assemblies.
