Lenco 102 XD Series 12V Trim Tab Actuator
The Lenco 102 XD Series is a heavy-duty 12V electric trim tab actuator built for demanding applications including performance ski boats, tow boats, and high-load trim tab systems. The XD (Extra Duty) designation reflects its reinforced construction relative to the standard 101 Series, making it the go-to choice where higher thrust and durability are required. Comes pre-wired with a Deutsch connector and a 6’ cable for straightforward integration into any Lenco-compatible wiring harness. Mounting brackets are sold separately.
Compatible Applications
- Lenco Trolling Tab systems, 2000 to present (102 XD Series standard actuator)
- Performance ski boats and tow boats requiring higher-duty trim tab actuation
- Direct replacement for worn or failed 102 XD Series actuators
- New trim tab installations using Lenco XD or XDS-compatible mounting hardware

Parts Desk Insights
Best used as a direct replacement when a 102 XD actuator has failed or lost travel speed — common after extended use in saltwater or high-cycle tow boat applications. The XD Series sits between the Lenco 101 Standard Series Actuator and the Lenco 102F Fast Series Actuator in the lineup; choose the 102F if faster tab response is the priority. For mounting hardware, the Lenco 120 Lower Mounting Bracket Kit for XD & XDS Actuators and the Lenco Upper Mounting Bracket with Gland Seal are the correct brackets for this actuator. If you need a full replacement bracket set, the Lenco Trim Tab Actuator Mounting Bracket Replacement Kit covers both ends.
