Best Use Case: Apply a thin coat to spark plug threads before installation — this is the most common use case and pays dividends at every tune-up. Also excellent on exhaust manifold bolts, header studs, oxygen sensor threads, and any stainless or aluminum fastener going into a dissimilar metal. In marine environments, use on through-hull fittings, prop shaft nuts, and any hardware that sees heat combined with saltwater exposure. A little goes a long way; apply sparingly to threads only, keeping compound away from the first thread to prevent contamination.
