Strip old gaskets fast and get surfaces ready for a clean, leak-free reassembly. The 3M Roloc 2" Coarse (80–100 grit) Brown Surface Conditioning Disc is built for aggressive material removal — cutting through cork, paper, and form-in-place gasket material on engine blocks, heads, valve covers, and drivetrain components without gouging the base metal.
The Roloc quick-change system means no tools, no fumbling — a half-turn locks the disc on, a half-turn releases it. Each box contains 25 discs, giving you plenty of coverage for a full engine service or multiple jobs.

Pair with the 2" Very Fine Roloc disc for a two-stage process — coarse first to strip, fine to finish and clean up the surface before sealing. Also works well alongside the 2" Medium disc for intermediate prep. If you're working on a larger surface area, consider the 3" Medium Roloc disc for better coverage.
