The 1.2 mm orifice (Blue) is optimized for fine-finish topcoats, clear coats, and low-viscosity coatings where tight atomization and minimal overspray are critical. Each kit includes 5 heads, giving you a full set of replacements for extended production runs or multi-coat jobs.

The 1.2 mm Blue head is the finest orifice in the Performance Gravity line — best suited for clear coats and thin topcoats. If you’re spraying primers, high-build coatings, or thicker materials, you’ll want a larger orifice: the 1.3 mm Green, 1.4 mm Orange, 1.6 mm Purple, 1.8 mm Clear, or 2.0 mm Red kits are available. These heads are not compatible with the Accuspray HG or HGP series — confirm your gun model before ordering.
