Ancor 14/3 AWG Tinned Triplex Cable — 100 ft, Black/Green/White
Three-conductor marine wiring built to handle the constant vibration, flexing, and chemical exposure that comes with life on the water. This 100-foot spool of Ancor tinned triplex cable features ultra-flexible Type 3 / Class K stranding — the same construction used in professional marine electrical installations where wire fatigue from engine vibration and repeated movement is a real concern.
The conductors are color-coded Black, Green, and White to ABYC standards, making polarity and ground identification straightforward during installation and service. Ancor’s premium vinyl insulation resists saltwater, battery acid, oil, gasoline, and UV radiation — and stays pliable in cold weather when stiff wire becomes a real frustration. The easy-strip white outer jacket provides excellent abrasion resistance while keeping the cable bundle clean and manageable.

Parts Desk Insights
The 14/3 triplex is one of the most versatile gauges in the Ancor triplex lineup — it’s the go-to choice for shore power branch circuits, cabin lighting runs, and mid-draw AC accessories on boats up to about 30 feet. The ABYC Black/Green/White color coding is required for AC circuits on documented vessels and strongly recommended on all boats, so this cable keeps your installation inspection-ready. The Class K stranding is a meaningful upgrade over standard wire in engine room and bilge applications where vibration is constant. If you’re wiring a higher-draw circuit like a windlass or air conditioning unit, step up to the 12/3 (133310) or 10/3 (131110). For lighter instrument or accessory circuits, the 16/3 (131710) is a more economical option.
