Arco 30470A Hi-Torque Permanent Magnet Gear Reduction Starter
The Arco 30470A is a premium 1.7 KW hi-torque starter built to replace OEM units across a wide range of inboard and sterndrive engines — MerCruiser, Volvo Penta, OMC, and Marine Power included. Its permanent magnet gear reduction design delivers more cranking torque with less current draw than older wound-field starters, and the anodized casting with nickel-plated brush holder is built to hold up in the marine environment for the long haul.
